Bakery and produce
Bread, rolls, fruit and vegetables. The closure goes around any bag neck that can be gathered, whatever is in it.
Innoseal Classic Sealer · hand-operated bag closing
The Sealer that started it all. It lays a strip of paper into a strip of tape around the neck of the bag, exactly as the Innomatic does — only your hand supplies the movement. Nothing to plug in, nothing to connect, nothing to charge.
The closure
Tape on one side, paper on the other, closed around the gathered neck of the bag. The paper carries the words twist and pull, so nobody needs telling how to open it, and it goes back on afterwards. Tear the paper and it shows — that is what makes the closure tamper-evident.
How a closure is made
The closure is the patented Innoseal TWIST PULL — the same one the Innomatic makes sixty times a minute. Here you make it yourself, and there is nothing to learn.
Twist the top of the bag together, the way you would before tying it.
Draw the gathered neck through the 6 mm slot. Tape and paper meet around it, so the closure grips itself rather than the bag or the product inside it.
Pull the bag clear and it leaves sealed, tamper-evident and labelled with its own opening instructions.
Built to last
The Sealer is a sealed white shell with no exposed mechanism. That is what lets it live on a bakery counter, go through a dishwasher at the end of the day, and come back tomorrow.

Where it works
Food companies, supermarkets, market stalls and industrial businesses — the Sealer asks for a flat surface and nothing else.
Bread, rolls, fruit and vegetables. The closure goes around any bag neck that can be gathered, whatever is in it.
No power means it works on a market stall as readily as in a shop. Pick it up, close the bag, put it down.
Kitchens, food companies and sterile rooms. The housing takes a dishwasher, and there is no hard clip to end up in the product.

Questions
No. There is no motor, no mains lead, no compressed air and no battery. Your hand supplies the movement, which is the whole point of this model — it works on a market stall, in a power cut, and anywhere a socket would be inconvenient.
Any bag with a neck that can be gathered and passed through the 6 mm slot — Innoseal puts that at up to 70% of the bags on the market. Thicker or stiffer materials need the wider 12 mm slot of the L-Sealer instead.
Yes. It comes assembled and pre-loaded with a roll of tape and a roll of paper, so there is nothing to build. Put it where you want it and start closing bags.
By hand, or in a dishwasher. The Sealer is rust-free and the housing is closed, so water has nowhere to sit inside it. The same closed housing is why it tolerates frost, heat and humid rooms.
Innoseal gives a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the Sealer itself. It is impact resistant and has no exposed mechanism to bend or blunt, so in practice the consumables are the only thing you replace.
The same patented TWIST PULL tape-and-paper closure, made the same way. The difference is throughput: here you make one at a time, and the Innomatic makes sixty a minute.
When one at a time stops being enough
The Innomatic is this machine made automatic. Bags go in, sealed bags come out, and a turret carries a second roll so reloading never stops the line. If you are closing bags by hand all morning, that is the machine to look at.
