Non-stop production
A roll change
is not a line stop.
On most closing systems, an empty roll means someone walks over, the line waits, and the count for that shift drops. The Innomatic carries its rolls on a turret: when one runs out the next is already in position, and the machine keeps closing while the empty one is replaced.

How a closure is made

The closure is the same patented Innoseal TWIST PULL used by hand in thousands of shops — the Innomatic simply makes it 60 times a minute.

The neck is gathered
The bag enters the head and its neck is drawn together, ready to be wrapped.

Paper meets tape
A strip of paper is laid into the strip of tape, so the closure grips itself rather than the bag or the product inside it.

Twist, and it is sealed
The bag leaves closed, tamper-evident and printable — and the customer reopens it by twisting and pulling the tab.

How fast is the Innomatic?
Sixty closures a minute — one a second — and it holds that rate continuously. That is 3,600 bags an hour, fully automatic.
How easy is it to set up?
Two connections: mains power and compressed air. The Innomatic sits in the line you already have, with no modification to your machines.
What types of bags does it work with?
Any bag with a neck that can be gathered — poly, cellophane and paper bags for bread, rolls, produce, confectionery and non-food goods. Send us your bag format and we will confirm it before you order.
How much maintenance does it need?
Day to day, you reload tape and paper — and because the rolls sit on a turret, you do that while the line is running. There is nothing to sharpen, heat or calibrate between shifts.
What does each closure cost?
€1.50 per 1,000 closures on the Innomatic — about seven closures for a euro cent, which is less than most manual or automatic alternatives. The manual system runs on its own consumable pricing; ask a specialist.
Does it need special installation?
No. Power, air, and the bag arriving at the head. No dedicated circuit, no water, no extraction, no software integration.
What makes the Innoseal closure different from ordinary tape?
Ordinary tape sticks to the bag and to whatever is inside it, and it tears the bag when you open it. The Innoseal closure combines tape with a strip of paper, so it grips itself: the seal is tamper-evident, it reopens by twisting and pulling, and the same closure closes the bag again afterwards. The paper strip can also carry a date or your logo.
